All prints are sent by Royal Mail First Class and securely and safely packed to ensure safe delivery.

All MAndalaman products are produced to a very high standard. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 working days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part
